Marketing Senior Manager, UPLIZNA gMG Medical Marketing - Remote

Amgen seeks a Senior Manager to lead U.S. neurology opinion leader engagement and peer-to-peer marketing strategy for UPLIZNA across generalized myasthenia gravis and neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder. The role manages speaker programs, educational initiatives, and cross-functional partnerships to strengthen HCP relationships and brand differentiation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute U.S. neurology opinion leader engagement strategy aligned with franchise priorities
• Own UPLIZNA Speaker Bureau composition, recruitment, training, and ongoing optimization
• Design and manage peer-to-peer programs including discussion groups, symposia, and educational activities
• Lead congress-based opinion leader engagement and coordinate marketing initiatives at industry events
• Develop peer-to-peer content, manage budgets and vendors, and ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Leadership experience managing opinion leader engagement and peer-to-peer programs
• Medical marketing background, preferably in neurology or specialty care
• Project management and budget oversight capabilities
• Cross-functional collaboration skills across sales, medical affairs, and field teams
• Speaker program design and management experience
• Regulatory and compliance knowledge for pharmaceutical marketing activities
