About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer to join one of its community bank clients. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and innovative leader, responsible for overseeing all accounting functions and providing successful growth strategies. This senior role involves directing financial activities, including reporting, planning, supervision, and investments, and guiding the organization’s financial area toward growth and expansion. The CFO will also be a key member of the Executive Team, involved in forecasting, budgeting, and preparing for the next level of financial management. Applicants for the Chief Financial Officer position at the company's community bank client should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting, with a Master’s degree preferred, and a CPA designation is also preferred. A minimum of 4 years' related experience is required, along with proficiency in PC software and excellent attention to detail. The role demands a professional with strong communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a proven track record in resolving complex financial problems. The CFO will be expected to maintain current knowledge of financial policies and procedures, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the role involves leading staff training and development in budgeting and financial management areas.
