We're searching for a driven and dependable full-time Administrative Assistant - Sales Specialist to join our team in Price, UT.
You'll earn $16-$24 per hour and enjoy an excellent benefits package that includes:

QUALIFICATIONS TO BECOME OUR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - SALES SPECIALIST
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent typing skills, with the ability to type 30+ wpm (Typing test is required for pre-employment)
- Basic knowledge and efficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Outgoing and competitive personality
- Ability to walk, stand, and bend continually
- Sales experience is a plus
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday-Friday.
WHAT YOU WILL DO AS OUR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - SALES SPECIALIST
You will become a trusted resource for customers and coworkers alike as you help keep the store operating at its best. You will welcome customers, assist with product and service recommendations, prepare repair orders, and coordinate technician workflow to ensure efficient service. You will answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, communicate repair progress through phone and text updates, and help create the exceptional customer experiences that have made our company successful. You will also handle paperwork, collect payments, support store accounting functions, assist fellow team members with day-to-day operations, and provide transportation assistance using the company shuttle vehicle when needed. Every day will bring variety, interaction, and opportunities to make a meaningful impact.
