This role is at the intersection of business operations, procurement, and vendor strategy, helping to drive cost optimization and informed decision-making across the organization. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment and wants to play a key role in shaping a strategic function.Key Responsibilities* Support the end-to-end negotiation lifecycle, including intake, preparation, execution support, and post-negotiation tracking.* Develop comprehensive negotiation briefs that include vendor insights, contract data, renewal timelines, and market research.* Maintain and enhance negotiation tracking tools and dashboards, ensuring accurate visibility into pipeline, risks, and opportunities.* Manage contract and vendor data across systems, ensuring timely updates and data integrity.* Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, and support negotiation strategy.* Deliver clear, timely reporting on negotiation status, performance metrics, and realized savings.* Proactively identify opportunities for cost savings, contract optimization, and process improvements.* Help design and implement repeatable processes and frameworks to scale the negotiation program.Required QualificationsExperience: 3–5+ years of experience in business analysis, procurement, operations, or a related field. Experience supporting contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems or procurement processes is required.Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills are necessary.
