Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse, Cath Lab to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer care to patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Ensure completion and accuracy of Cath Lab documentation utilizing Cerner and Merge Hemodynamics EMR systems.
• Coordinate with the clinical team, including intensivists, CV Techs, and Rad Techs.
• Manage hospital’s protocol for STEMI tertiary referral center and chest pain accreditation.
• Handle emergency situations and assist with complex procedures like TAVR and Mitraclip.
• Participate in the call schedule, working one night per week and up to every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and capability to submit a valid bypass examination within the required timeframe.
• Possession of BLS and ACLS certifications; NIHSS highly recommended.
• Minimum two supervisor references in the Cath Lab specialty submitted at the time of application.
• Experience using Cerner for Cath Lab documentation.
• Ability to work with an intensively equipped cardiac center and engage with advanced diagnostic technology.
• Flexibility to adhere to a varied schedule, including potential holiday and weekend work.
