Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Rutherfordton, North Carolina. This role involves providing specialized nursing care within the OR department, supporting surgical procedures, and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout their surgical experience. This position offers a day shift schedule, with a focus on delivering quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Location: Rutherfordton, NC
• Schedule: Days shift; 8 hours per day; minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Basic Life Support (BLS); minimum of 2 years of experience as an OR RN; valid licensure to practice as an RN in North Carolina
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a surgical setting and knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
• Additional Information:
  • Unit Information: 5 operating rooms with patient ratios of 1:1
  • Scrub attire: Blue scrubs provided by the hospital
  • Dress Code: Scrubs provided; no unacceptable attire allowed
  • Orientation Schedule: June 8, 2026, June 22, 2026, July 6, 2026, July 20, 2026, August 3, 2026, August 17, 2026, September 14, 2026, September 28, 2026, October 12, 2026, October 26, 2026, November 9, 2026, December 7, 2026
  • Candidate must be at least 60 miles or greater from the facility to be considered for travel assignment
  • Must have the required certifications prior to start date
  • The position is a contractor replacement role
