Adventist Health Columbia Gorge in The Dalles, Oregon seeks a qualified Physical Therapist to plan and conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social and mental function. You will serve as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary care team and develop individualized treatment plans for patients. Requirements include a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and licensed practice in applicable states, as well as CPR or BLS certification and a valid driver’s #J-18808-Ljbffr Adventist Health
