ABM is seeking a Union HVAC Journeyman Technician to support mission-critical operations and ensure the reliability of essential building systems. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Critical Facility Technician to maintain and monitor equipment in a dynamic, high-performance environment.

• Assist with testing, inspections, and facility rounds to ensure optimal performance of critical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on building equipment and support scheduling of maintenance activities.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and customer concerns, minimizing downtime.
• Maintain compliance with all Federal, State, and local codes and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of sensitive equipment.
• Prepare timely reports and communicate effectively using Microsoft Office tools.
• Escort subcontractors and ensure adherence to critical facility work rules.

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid, unexpired driver’s license
• Journeyman HVAC license (state, county, or city jurisdiction)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Commercial HVAC technician
