CW Analyst (recent graduates)

Russell Tobin is hiring a CW Analyst to support one of our premier global investment banking clients. Duration: 6 Months (Potential for Extension) What You’ll Do Support front-to-back post-trade operations for equity-based swap and derivative transactions. Partner with Trading, Sales, Engineering, Brokers, and Operations teams to ensure seamless trade execution and lifecycle management. Monitor trade capture, reconciliations, trade queries, and risk controls. Ensure hedge positions are accurately booked and maintained within internal risk systems. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and process automation. Analyze operational and regulatory requirements and recommend practical solutions. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while supporting business enablement and risk mitigation. What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of experience in Trade Processing, Middle Office Operations, or Equities Operations . Knowledge of Equity Derivatives, Cash Equities, Listed Derivatives, or Swap Products . Understanding of trade lifecycle, confirmations, settlements, and post-trade processing. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and quantitative skills. Excellent communication and relationship management abilities. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and perform effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Self‑motivated team player with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Trading, Sales, Confirmations, or Settlements teams. Knowledge of operational risk and control processes. Passion for process improvement and operational excellence. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred. Why Apply?
