Signature Rewards Representative
The Signature Rewards Representative serves as a welcoming ambassador for the casino, delivering exceptional guest service, promoting the Signature Rewards program, and assisting guests throughout their visit. This role provides information on casino amenities, promotions, events, and services, helps guests navigate rewards kiosks, and ensures a positive, engaging guest experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests at the Signature Rewards Center, casino entrances, and on the gaming floor.
- Promote the benefits of the Signature Rewards program and assist guests with account enrollment and kiosk usage.
- Provide information about casino promotions, events, gaming, dining, lodging, RV park amenities, and other services.
- Answer guest questions and resolve concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain awareness of current promotions, property events, and guest offerings.
- Monitor guest areas and notify Security of any potential issues or concerns.
- Maintain the confidentiality of guest and company information at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- One to three years of customer service, hospitality, casino, or related experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an outgoing, guest-focused personality.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Comfortable addressing guest concerns and resolving issues with tact and professionalism.
- Basic computer and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to obtain a Class III Swinomish Gaming Commission License upon hire.
