Work Environment\n This position is entirely remote but thrives on collaboration through our outpatient office's virtual resources. We uphold a flexible working environment that empowers clinicians to tailor their schedules while prioritizing client needs. Our team operates under an ethos of autonomy, allowing each therapist to manage their own client caseload while adhering to best practices in mental health treatment. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., ensuring a consistent routine that aligns with both your lifestyle and that of our clients. Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, providing accurate diagnosis and developing customized treatment plans for clients. \n Maintain a robust caseload of 25-30 clients per week, delivering individual, family, and group therapy sessions through telehealth and in-person as needed. \n Document each client's progress meticulously in compliance with organizational guidelines, including treatment plan updates, daily notes, and relevant assessments. \n Engage in regular collaboration with other professionals, including case managers, medical staff, and educators to ensure coordinated care for clients. \n Use innovative and creative therapeutic techniques to enhance client engagement and facilitate their personal growth, aiming to exceed therapeutic goals. \n Provide superior customer service by building rapport with clients and creating a welcoming atmosphere for therapy sessions. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n As a Marriage and Family Therapist, you will focus on serving a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, couples, and families experiencing various challenges. Your expertise will help clients navigate issues such as relationship conflicts, trauma, stress management, and more, empowering them to cultivate healthier relationships and improved mental health outcomes.
