- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) preferred or required.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience with Salesforce Flow, Process Automation, Reports, and Dashboards.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security and sharing models.
- Experience with data management tools such as Data Loader.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Preferred Qualifications Advanced Administrator Certification.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
- Familiarity with integration tools and APIs.
- Experience supporting CRM implementations and enhancements.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
