Position Summary Lion Heart Escrow Inc. is actively seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to join our growing team. We are looking for a highly organized, detail‑oriented professional who can independently manage escrow transactions from opening through closing while maintaining the highest level of customer service and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Open, manage, and close escrow files in compliance with DFPI regulations and company procedures Review purchase agreements, escrow instructions, and lender requirements for accuracy and completeness Prepare escrow documents, settlement statements, estimated closing statements, and closing packages Coordinate transactions with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, title companies, and third‑party vendors Ensure all escrow conditions and contractual deadlines are met prior to closing Process wire transfers, disbursements, and escrow funds in accordance with escrow compliance standards Maintain accurate file documentation and organized transaction records Communicate proactively with all parties throughout the escrow process Resolve transaction issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism and client satisfaction Deliver a high‑level customer experience that reflects the values and reputation of Lion Heart Escrow Inc.
