IT Governance Internship | Portuguese Required (Coral Gables)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in updating and organizing IT policies, procedures, and service documentation.
• Support the collection and preparation of evidence for internal and external audits.
• Contribute to monitoring performance, compliance, and service management indicators (KPIs and SLAs).
• Participate in reviewing vendor contracts, service agreements, and governance controls.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and IT projects.
• Provide support in IT projects, including planning, documentation, meeting coordination, and follow-up on deliverables.
• Support IT Service Management (ITSM) activities, including incident, problem, change, and service request processes.
• Assist in tracking service desk metrics, service performance reports, and operational dashboards.
• Support coordination between business users, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure timely resolution of service-related issues.
• Assist in preparing operational reports, presentations, and executive summaries related to IT Services and Governance.

Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.

Desired Knowledge:

• Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with service desk tools and ticket management processes is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Proactive and quick learner.

Languages: Portuguese and English
