Carle Health is seeking a Certified Respiratory Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered respiratory care in a collaborative clinical environment. In this role, you will assess and treat patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions, manage ventilators and respiratory equipment, perform diagnostic testing, and respond to emergencies. You will partner closely with physicians, nurses, and allied health staff to develop and implement care plans that prioritize safety and improved outcomes.
