Water Technician Opportunity

We're looking for a Water Technician to join our team in Mobile, AL!

Starting pay is $16-$18 per hour with no experience. Opportunity for quarterly bonus. Full insurance package: medical, dental, vision, and more. Fully vested 401K with employer match. Opportunities for restoration certifications. Position located in Daphne, AL.

The Company: Guarantee Restoration Services (GRS) is an established and growing company that is known for restoring homes and businesses that were damaged from traumatic events such as a hurricane, fire, water leak, mold, etc. Our dedicated team of professionals work hard to be available 24/7. We believe in serving out community members by providing property relief during a time when they need it most.

What you'll be responsible for as a Water Technician:

• Assist project manager on various construction projects
• Assess property damage and create cleaning plan
• General labor duties such as gutting, cleaning, and packing
• Participate in demolition and reconstruction process
• Maintain safe jobsite
• Prepare various types of equipment for upcoming jobs
• Pre and post construction clean-up

What you need to have:

• Relationship building/maintenance skills
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
• Personable with good communication skills
• Hard working TEAM player who can easily adapt to changing needs
• Strong desire to learn and excel
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license as driving for business is required up to 20+% of time
• Must be reliable, dependable, and drug free
