In this rewarding role, you’ll provide 1:1 support in a client’s home or community setting. You’ll receive paid, comprehensive training and ongoing supervision, work closely with BCBAs and Program Supervisors, and collect session data using innovative software. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct implementation of ABA services as outlined in the client’s treatment plan. Use Ensora (CATALYST) to collect session data, provide session notes and monitor client progress. Work collaboratively with Case Manager and Client Services Coordinators. Support children and adolescents in achieving developmental goals. Deliver services in home or community settings within a 10-20 mile radius. Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and strong communication with clients and team members. Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED. Preferred Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, sociology, early childhood development, or related fields. Experience: At least 1 year working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is strongly preferred. Patient, compassionate, dependable, and motivated to support children and families. Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to pass background check and fingerprint clearance. Schedule: Afternoon and early evening shifts (Mon-Fri) Availability between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM is required Work Location: In-person only Services provided in-home or in the community Application Questions: Are you available to work Monday through Friday between 3pm-8pm?
