Description

Summary

We are looking for a General Residential Maintenance Technicians with 2 or more trades experience.

• Our technicians travel to an average of 2-3 properties a day in the San Diego area.
• They utilize their own vehicle for work, we reimburse on the clock mileage at . 725 cents .
• We work directly with HOA communities , doing maintenance and repairs to their common areas.
• Our work is in the exterior areas of the communities.
• A good candidate would have their own vehicle for work, active driver's license, and auto insurance .
• Will participate in a background check and physical prior to employment.

Some of the trades we work with are framing, drywall, painting, stucco repair, concrete work, deck work, roofing, flooring, deck waterproofing, masonry , among more.
