TE Sensors is establishing itself as a leading provider of differentiated sensing solutions across high‑growth markets including Industrial, Medical, Automotive, and Aerospace, Defense & Marine (AD&M). The Vice President, Product Management is the General Manager's primary strategic and execution partner, with delegated GM‑level authority and full accountability for a global product and solutions segment of approximately $1B in revenue. This role is designed for a high‑performing, hands‑on leader with ambition and capability to grow into a full Business General Manager role.

What your background should look like: Candidate Profile Demonstrated P&L ownership in a complex, global product environment at or near the $1B scale. Clear aspiration and readiness to step into a Business General Manager role within a global, matrixed enterprise. Strong strategic judgment paired with hands‑on leadership in technical, commercial, and operational settings. Proven ability to lead cross‑functional, global teams and deliver measurable business results. Deep business and financial acumen, including portfolio trade‑offs, business cases, and forecasting. Strong technical foundation in sensors or adjacent mechatronic, electrical, or electronic technologies. Track record of execution discipline in complex, regulated, multi‑industry environments. Experience leading or materially contributing to M&A and integration preferred. High emotional intelligence, self‑aware, resilient, and effective under pressure. Comfortable operating in large corporate environments; candidates from smaller organizations welcomed with evidence of scalability and enterprise readiness.
