Though our Catholic Faith guides our work, you do not have to be Catholic to join our team or receive services from Catholic Charities. As a critical and leading member of the Catholic Charities’ Behavioral Health Services team, you will: Provide compassionate care: Offer consultations, assessments, therapy, support, and referrals using trauma-informed and evidence-based practices that affirm the inherent worth of every person. Deliver services in a manner that is safe, timely, and responsive—upholding the highest professional standards aligned in Catholic Social Teaching. Honor each story with excellence: Maintain clear, accurate, and high-quality documentation that reflect professionalism, accountability, and a deep respect for those served. Walk alongside others in service: Collaborate with colleagues in creating solution-focused, person-centered interventions that help individuals and families overcome barriers and rediscover hope. Grow in faith and purpose: Engage in ongoing faith-based learning and professional development opportunities. Requirements Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must be a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) experience is preferred. A heart for service and a steady, professional presence. Self-motivated, proactive, and flexible in adjusting to ministry needs.
