Sr. Business Analyst – Digital BankingLocation: Phoenix, AZ or Dallas, TX (Onsite)Job Type: ContractRate: $55/hrWe are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Digital Banking to lead strategic banking transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business analysis, digital banking platforms, stakeholder management, process improvement, regulatory compliance, and Agile delivery within the Financial Services industry.Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:8+ years of Business Analyst experience.Strong Digital Banking domain experience.Experience within Financial Services or Banking industry.Expertise in Digital Banking platform implementation and migration.Strong experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements.Experience writing BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.Process analysis, workflow documentation, and business process modeling.Data analysis and data mapping for migration initiatives.Azure DevOps (ADO) and Confluence.Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar diagramming tools.Agile/Scrum methodology experience.SDLC and Change Management processes.Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Corporate Governance knowledge.Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Incident Management.Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.Strong understanding of data integrity, security, and privacy standards.Roles & Responsibilities:Lead Digital Banking programs ensuring business objectives align with strategic goals.Define work breakdown structures, project timelines, and deliverables across teams.Conduct stakeholder meetings to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.Produce high-quality project documentation, functional specifications, and business artifacts.Analyze banking processes and develop workflows using Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools.Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Digital Banking applications and solutions.Translate business needs into detailed system requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Maintain comprehensive documentation for digital banking applications.Perform detailed data analysis and develop mapping strategies for system migration projects.Support application configuration while ensuring adherence to SDLC and Change Management standards.Collaborate with internal IT teams, vendors, and implementation partners to deliver integrated digital banking solutions.Monitor platform performance including transaction volume, feature adoption, customer experience, and operational metrics.Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to resolve production issues and improve platform stability.Utilize Azure DevOps and Confluence for Agile delivery, work tracking, and documentation.Ensure compliance with banking regulations, accessibility standards, privacy, and security requirements.Drive continuous improvement initiatives across digital banking solutions and delivery processes.Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
