Role Overview: Low-Rise Team Member

You will assist with residential and commercial exterior services while learning proper techniques, safety standards, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with low-rise window cleaning, pressure washing, and exterior services

• Work alongside Lead Technicians on residential and commercial jobs

• Follow safety procedures including ladder safety and fall protection

• Maintain jobsite cleanliness and organization

• Handle tools, equipment, and materials responsibly

• Communicate professionally with customers when needed
