Day to Day

• Preparation of payroll to manager review level for all aspects of North America payroll for multi-state in a high volume environment.

• Provide accurate and timely responses to employee’s payroll related inquiries.

• Periodic audit of system data to ensure accuracy and reconcile differences, including ensuring compliance with audit and SOX requirements.

• Assist with Ad Hoc reporting requests and quarterly and year end preparations as needed.

• Provide backup support and assistance to other payroll team members and cross functional collaboration with People, Tax, Accounting and Legal teams.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll for assigned business units or regions

• Ensure payroll activities comply with local laws and regulations

• Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and accurate manner

• Maintain and update employee payroll information in external systems

• Support reporting requests and provide backup assistance to team members

• Complete additional tasks and projects as needed

Skills/Competencies

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Multinational payroll experience at a global software company

• Meticulous, organizational skills and with proven attention to detail

• Excellent customer service focus and communication skills

• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision

• Proficiency in Excel and in Google Docs

Salary Range Transparency

Tier 1 - United States of America 51,000 - 77,000 USD per year

Tier 2 - United States of America 57,000 - 85,000 USD per year

The salary range for this role reflects the minimum and maximum compensation for the role. Offers are typically made between the range minimum and the range midpoint.
