Scheduling Coordinator

1.0 FTE - Day Shift Monday through Friday 8a-5p

Starting Pay - $23.18 to $34.77 (based on experience)

Offers for external candidates are generally made between the minimum and midpoint of the range, based on experience.

Qualifications:

* Prior scheduling experience preferred * Medical experience is preferred * Prior computer experience required * Strong written and verbal communication skills required

Job Responsibilities:

* Coordinates/maintains clinician, locum coverage, hospital nursing, and staff schedules, including processing and logging time off requests. * Coordinates schedules while adhering to PTO, absence, and other time off policies. * Processes time off/change requests based on staffing needs. * Coordinates with supervisors to fill open shifts. * Fields requests for appointments and other short notice events. * Processes seniority and other requests for time off. * Processes timecards for bi-weekly payroll. * Coordinates schedules for cross training staff. * Tracks attendance issues and reports infractions to the supervisor. * Prepares training schedules for new hires. * Maintenance of the scheduling software system. * Other duties as assigned.
