Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 5 PM - 3:30 AM

We are currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our client's team as a Selector on the 2nd Shift. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the efficient flow of materials in the warehouse.

Job Description: As a Selector on the 2nd Shift, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and processing orders to meet stringent company safety, security, sanitation, and productivity standards. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining a streamlined operation within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently load and unload freight while adhering to safety protocols.
• Utilize proper equipment to move products to designated storage areas, ensuring efficient stacking and storage of merchandise.
• Select orders for shipment, assembling various types of merchandise for delivery.
• Process orders comprehensively, including picking, checking, sorting, consolidating freight, wrapping pallets, packing, and confirming customer shipments.
• Operate material handling equipment (MHE) safely and effectively as required.
• Verify the accuracy of freight, examining for any damage or contamination.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and secure work environment within the warehouse.
• Support sanitation functions and conduct physical inventory as needed.
• Collaborate with the Operations Support Team (OST) to address any operational exceptions that may arise.

Skills and Qualifications: Mandatory Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 10-12 hours).
• Capable of lifting and/or pulling up to 50 lbs without restrictions.
• Regular engagement in bending, lifting, and reaching tasks.
• Frequent mobility throughout a warehouse that spans over a quarter-mile.
• Ability to work in varying noise levels, lighting conditions, and temperature fluctuations.
• Availability for irregular or extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure product accuracy.

Desired Skills:

• Willingness to undergo training and assessment for operating material handling equipment, including the pallet walkie rider.
