About the Position

Job Title: Infusion Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Infusion Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required License: Massachusetts RN license required Certifications: BSN, ACLS, Chemotherapy certification (OCN or ONCC/ONS) required Must-Have: - Infusion Center experience - Outpatient Oncology experience - Epic charting experience Description: This position covers Multiple Myeloma and lymphoma. It is focused on outpatient adult care. Candidates must be open to accommodating block schedules. Floating within the hospital or to an affiliate hospital nearby may be required. Candidates are expected to manage and access ports. Administration of chemotherapy and other treatments is essential. There will be responsibilities related to patient and family education and support. Monitoring chemotherapy and managing side effects are crucial tasks. Care coordination and collaboration with interdisciplinary support services are key components of the role. Conformance to COVID-19 vaccination policies and requirements is mandatory. All RTO requests must be submitted upfront. No pending licenses will be accepted.
