We are committed to providing exceptional, skilled nursing care with compassion and expertise, and we are seeking a dedicated and caring CNA to join our team.Job Summary:As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, assisting with activities of daily living, serving meals, and promoting quality services within company, state, and federal regulations. We are seeking a part-time CNA to join our team, with opportunities to work on full-time on our PM shift (3PM-11PM).Responsibilities:Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingTransfer residents to and from activities and meals according to their individual service plansServe meals to residents in the dining room or their apartmentsRecord and report changes in residents' eating habits to supervisorPromote quality services within company, state, and federal regulationsQualifications:• Current CA nursing assistant certification• Current CPR and first aid certifications a plus• Minimum of 1 year experience in a skilled nursing facility, acute care setting, or in-patient rehabilitation or in-patient behavioral health settingWe Offer:• Competitive Compensation: $20 - $21 HOURLY• Professional Growth & StabilityBenefits for Full-Time employeesAbout Us:Bloomfield West, Inc is a thriving 59-bed Intermediate Care Facility in Lynwood, CA that offers Medicaid-certified care to individuals with intellectual disabilities and related conditions.
