What You'll Do

As an Emerging Leadership Associate , you'll develop professionally while gaining hands-on experience working directly with clients.

Client Service & Relationship Building

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments
• Connect with individuals and families who have requested benefit information
• Ask questions to understand client needs and priorities
• Explain available supplemental benefit and coverage options
• Answer questions clearly and professionally
• Assist clients through applications and enrollment
• Provide ongoing service and follow-up
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Build lasting relationships through trust, integrity, and exceptional service
