Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for creating a great customer experience? We welcome you to join our team and help us transform kitchens and baths in luxury homes around the greater Charlotte area!
What You’ll Do
Stage cabinet parts and assemblies for finishing
Sand and putty product prior to prime/paint coats
Mix paints and stains to match approved color samples
Apply wipe-on stains to create high-quality stain finish
What We’re Looking For

Experience in sanding and staining
Working understanding of custom cabinet parts/construction
Ability to see subtle color differences
Ability to lift up to 75 lb throughout the workday
Reliability – show up on time every day – our crew will depend on you
