You’ll own the journey from first knock to signed agreement — and ensure homeowners understand each step of the insurance process along the way.What You’ll DoConduct thorough roof and exterior inspections; document damage with photos/videoEducate homeowners on the restoration and insurance claims processMeasure exteriors and produce precise scopes and estimatesSource business through self-prospecting while also running company-provided leadsExpectations in the FieldLead generation is essential — you create opportunities and maximize those we hand youRoof climbs in heat and cold are part of the workStorm surges mean evenings and some SaturdaysPlan on independent work blocks (6+ hours) and some days with 100+ miles of drivingIf you love autonomy, don’t mind physical work, and want a real earnings runway, this is your lane.What You BringConfidence in face-to-face conversations; we’ll teach the technical detailsFlexibility for a weather-driven schedule and surge periodsAbility to manage an approximately 60-day sales cycle before commissions payComfort on ladders and roofsPersonal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and clean driving recordSmartphone for documentation and appsSelf-motivated, accountable, and growth-orientedPrior sales experience is a plus but not required7-Day Fast-Track TrainingClassroom: storm damage, construction basics, and insurance claimsField: ride-alongs and live inspectionsSales lab: role-play and objection handlingGraduate ready to represent homeowners with professionalism and deliver worry-free exterior protection.Pay, Perks, and RecognitionOn-target earnings: $150,000; year-one average: ~$100KTop 25%: $200K+; Top rep (2025): $300K+Base salary plus commissionAverage commission: $2,500 per completed claimMonthly and annual performance bonusesVehicle allowanceCompany truck for top producers (after $250K in closed revenue)Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)Why EvolvedGood people.
