Travel Physical Therapist - Full-Time

Position Travel Physical Therapist (Outpatient, Pelvic Health) in Lewis Center, Ohio. Responsibilities Evaluate patients, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, coordinate care, educate patients and families, and contribute to clinical improvement initiatives within a dynamic outpatient setting. The role requires accurate documentation, adherence to legal and organizational standards, and active participation in clinical education and professional growth. Qualifications Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, at least 1 year of outpatient experience, CPR certification, active Ohio license, pelvic health certification or experience, strong communication and documentation skills, and ability to follow regulatory guidelines. Experience in pelvic health therapy and clinical supervision is preferred. Additional Requirements Flexibility to float between locations if needed; commitment to patient care and safety.
