**Key Qualifications:**- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- 8–12 years of diverse HR experience, including leadership roles
- Proven track record in developing and managing total rewards strategies
- Strong capability in overseeing compensation structures and market benchmarking
- Experienced in leading benefits and retirement program design
- Demonstrated expertise in driving employee engagement initiatives
- Deep commitment to advancing DEI programs and monitoring workforce equity
- Proficiency in managing regulatory compliance with federal and state laws
