Responsibilities Complete and maintain patient records, including evaluating and detailing resident progress. Plan, organize, and conduct occupational therapy sessions. Test and evaluate residents’ physical and mental abilities, analyzing medical data to determine realistic rehabilitation goals. Plan and implement programs and social activities to help patients learn skills and adapt to physical limitations. Requirements Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistance program. Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Ohio. 1–2 years of related experience preferred. Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check. Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
