As a Physical Therapist, you will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide hands-on care, and educate patients on injury prevention, self-management, and long-term wellness. Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure. Experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, vestibular rehabilitation, or related areas preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and achieving outstanding outcomes. Responsibilities Assess each patient’s physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility, strength, and function. Instruct patients on therapeutic exercises and proper use of assistive devices. Evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Educate patients on injury prevention, self-care, and long-term wellness strategies. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
