Government Sector Project Manager

Position Summary Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey—before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.Work you'll doAs a Senior Manager, Strategy & Transformation on the Strategy, Growth and Transformation team, you will be responsible for:Managing day-to-day contract operations, including coordination of internal resources and oversight of two subcontractor teamsServing as the primary client point of contact and managing communication on priorities, tasking, status, risks, and deliverablesScoping task orders based on client requests, defining delivery approach, identifying staffing needs, and aligning the appropriate delivery teamOverseeing execution of task orders from kickoff through closeout, including timelines, deliverables, issue resolution, and quality of work productMonitoring contract performance across multiple workstreams and driving coordination among client stakeholders, subcontractors, and project leadershipManage day-to-day contract operations, including oversight of two subcontractor teams, while serving as the primary point of contact for the client. Lead the intake, scoping, staffing, and execution of task orders in response to client requests, and manage delivery from initiation through completion. This role requires strong contract management, client relationship management, and delivery oversight across multiple workstreams.
