What You'll Do

You'll be the creative force helping us tell our story in ways that actually resonate with humans. You'll report to our Creative Director and collaborate closely with the team to craft messages that stick and manage the engines that deliver them. But your domain is social, social, social. You'll live on TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms — capturing, editing, and posting content in real time. With your finger always on the pulse of trends and always on the camera button of your phone, you'll turn technical features into relatable, viral moments. From short-form video creation to testing new formats and optimizing for visibility, you'll transform our presence into something people can't scroll past.

Responsibilities

• Craft compelling stories that make enterprise security accessible and interesting
• Keep our social channels buzzing with content people actually want to watch and engage with
• Capture and post short-form content daily, always ready to record in real time
• Stay on top of social media trends and quickly adapt them for our brand voice
• Help build and maintain our content calendar with fresh, timely ideas
• Support our marketing automation and analytics systems by feeding them engaging social content
• Coordinate with vendors and manage our visual assets
• Turn technical features into fun, viral moments people can relate to and share

What We're Looking For

• An insatiable desire to create something awesome
• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• A natural ability to explain complex ideas simply
• Someone who gets excited about finding the perfect word
• A keen eye for design and visual storytelling

Ideal Superpowers

• Video editing chops
• Experience with Notion, Hubspot, or similar tools
• Social media savvy
• Basic design capabilities
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals
• Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts
