We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert beverage and food knowledge, and a lively, welcoming attitude. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring prompt processing of sales transactions
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages, demonstrating beverage service expertise
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales revenue
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, handling food safely, and adhering to food safety regulations
• Assist with food preparation tasks when needed and support kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Process cash transactions accurately while managing open tabs via OpenTable or similar reservation systems
• Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions about menu items, wine knowledge, or dietary needs with professionalism and enthusiasm

Experience

• Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is required; fine dining experience is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine, and drink presentation techniques
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through excellent time management skills
• Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety standards in the food industry
• Proven customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to handle guest inquiries or concerns effectively
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions
• Knowledge of restaurant operations including bussing, hosting/hostess duties, cashiering, and guest relations

Pay: $23.10 - $27.82 per hour
