Warehouse Operations Coordinator — Full-Time
Huckster , a licensed Illinois OTP distributor based in Lake Zurich, is hiring a full-time Warehouse Operations Coordinator to own our shipping/delivery, receiving, inventory operations.
What you’ll own:
- Full warehouse control from receiving through staging and outbound shipping
- Receiving: check in freight against PO/packing slip, log into our inventory system, flag discrepancies same-day
- Order fulfillment: pick, pack, and ship on our Tuesday/Thursday shipping days
- Staging product the day before for field rep delivery routes
- Inventory control: cycle counts, organized shelving, keeping the floor clear — everything has a home
- Spotting and fixing process issues, not just reporting them
Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Pay & Benefits: $20–23+/hour depending on experience. Full-time with 401k eligibility from day one.
What we’re looking for:
- Warehouse or inventory experience
- Forklift certification a plus
- Comfortable learning and taking ownership of an inventory/warehouse management system
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and physically able to handle receiving and pick/pack work
- Someone who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what’s next
Huckster distributes tobacco, vape, and related products to convenience stores across Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana.
