Position Summary: Work as a vital member of the care team, providing hands-on support to patients while utilizing AI-supported technology to simplify your documentation process. Spend more time delivering care and less time on paperwork.

Patient-Centered Care: Spend more time providing hands-on, compassionate care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with medication management, wound care, and health monitoring.
• Use AI systems to assist in completing clear and accurate notes during visits.
• Focus on patient interaction and quality of care by reducing administrative burden.

Education and/or Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program.
• 1 year experience in skilled nursing, preferably in hospice, home health care, oncology or emergency care preferred.

Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations:

• Active and unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse license in state(s) of employment required.
• Preferred within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
