H&R Block is seeking an Office Experience Manager to lead a team of Tax Advisors and Client Service Professionals in a hands-on, in-person role. You’ll translate directives into disciplined execution, coach staff, and drive the client experience to accelerate seasonal tax business. You’ll start on a flexible part-time schedule in the fall and transition to an expanded tax season schedule from January through April, including evenings and weekends as needed.
