If you're passionate about automation, workflow design, and cutting-edge ITSM technology, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and platform enhancementsConfigure and customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scriptsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsDevelop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other API technologiesPerform platform upgrades, patch management, and ongoing system maintenanceTroubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow incidents, bugs, and performance issuesCreate and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions and configurationsRequirements4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experienceProficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide scripting within the ServiceNow platformExperience with ITSM, ITOM, or other ServiceNow modulesFamiliarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST/SOAP APIsServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detailExcellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaborativelyCompensation: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
