Remote SUD Nurse Practitioner - Telehealth Addiction Care

Holon Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner licensed in North Carolina to support individuals with SUD through collaborative, integrated care. In this role, you’ll work closely with Care Navigators, Recovery Coaches, Case Managers, judicial partners, and community‑based organizations to deliver care that addresses mental, emotional, and physical needs.
