Medical Device Sales Associate

Work REMOTELY in your territory! Travel is required for onsite customer meetings.

Responsibilities
- Partner with a Senior Sales Representative to manage and grow an assigned territory, supporting the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Proactively build and maintain a healthy pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and identifying new business opportunities within your territory
- Leverage CRM tools like Salesforce to log activity, track opportunities, and maintain accurate forecasting
- Conduct consultative discovery calls and onsite customer visits to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand your network and generate new leads
- Collaborate with internal teams during occasional in-person meetings to align on strategy, share market insights, and drive revenue goals
Qualifications
- 2+ years of training from a structured sales program or related experience
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems like Salesforce
- High energy, ambition, self-awareness, and a teachable attitude
- Ability to travel frequently for onsite customer meetings
