Responsibilities Focus on the needs of the patients. Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals about patients' needs. Assess patients’ conditions and chart observations. Administer medication prescribed by the patient’s physician. Maintain and clean any injuries. Listen and talk to patients about any concerns or questions. Recommend ways for patients to improve their quality of life. Keep the patient in a safe, secure, and healthy environment. Qualifications Sharp eye for detail. Strong communication and patience skills. Friendly and compassionate. Ability to carry at least 30 lbs. State registered nurse license required.
