Job Description FAMILY MEDICINE PROVIDER | NORTH LOS ANGELES | FQHC | LOCUMS | That time of needing additional help has come! We are currently in need of one additional provider for our Highland Park, Eagle Rock, and Glendale locations (Must be flexible to work at each location as the needs are being assessed). DETAILS Family Practice & Internal Medicine Providers Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) Monday ~ Friday 8am-5pm Must be open to working Saturdays. Family Practice preferred, but open to Internal Medicine Not currently a part of LA Care would be a strong preference Bilingual (Spanish or Armenian) would be a strong preference, but not a requisite. Previous EMR experience (Our system is E-medsys) OK with seeing up to 24 patients per day (Underserved population and common chronic illnesses associated – COPD, Hypertension, Diabetes, Hyperlipidemia, etc.) OK with women’s health services, minor office procedures e.g. suturing, nail removal, etc. Family Practice & Internal Medicine Providers
