Administers various support systems such as call accounting, traffic analysis, voice processing, local area networks, channel services units, and multiplexers.Job Responsibilities:· Coordinates and manages moves, adds, changes, installations, and repairs of voice equipment.· Conducts preventative maintenance for all voice equipment.· Performa system diagnostics on all equipment including hardware and software on a daily basis.· Performs installations of Voice Response Unit’s including remote touch tone devises.· Performs Other Responsibilities as Assigned.Minimum Qualifications:· Degree: High School Diploma or GED· Experience: 3-5 Years· Supervisor Experience: None Required· Licenses & Certification: Valid Driver's License- Must remain auto insurable based upon the guidelines of Boone Health’s insurerPreferred Qualifications:· Degree: Associates· Experience: 5-10 Years**Work Shift**Day Shift (United States of America)**Legal Statement**The above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees in this position.
