Front Desk Receptionist

POSITION OVERVIEW Temporary front desk coverage for an open-ended leave of absence. Duration is undefined (could be a few weeks or longer). This is a children's camp serving affluent families. REPORTING STRUCTURE Office Manager KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Greet and check in visitors Answer phones and direct calls appropriately Manage front office scheduling and booking systems Create and maintain basic documents and spreadsheets Provide helpful, hospitality-focused customer service Support office operations as assigned REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience using spreadsheets and documents (Google Workspace preferred) Customer-facing service experience (hospitality, reception, or similar) Reliable, helpful demeanor Background check clearable PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Phone experience (customer service, reception, hospitality) Google Workspace experience Flexibility with variable scheduling SCHEDULE 7:45 AM to 9:30 PM availability window. Hours vary: shifts can range from 4 hours to full days. Open Sunday through Saturday. Flexibility required for variable scheduling. CANDIDATE PROFILE Charismatic, customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
