What you’ll do

\n
• Manage one or two multifamily projects from buyout to turnover
\n
• Own the budget, schedule, and monthly cost reporting
\n
• Lead subcontractor buyout, contracts, and change orders
\n
• Run OAC meetings and act as the main contact for the owner and design team
\n
• Work closely with the Superintendent on sequencing, logistics, and quality
\n
• Track RFIs, submittals, and procurement so the field stays on schedule
\n
• Oversee closeout, punch, TCO/CO, and warranty
\n
• Mentor APMs and Project Engineers on the team
\n

What they’re looking for

\n
• 5+ years of project management experience with a GC
\n
• Recent ground-up multifamily experience, ideally podium (concrete or steel podium with wood or light-gauge framing above)
\n
• Projects of $30M+ delivered as PM
\n
• Strong understanding of construction costs, buyout, and contracts
\n
• Comfortable with Procore (or similar), MS Project or P6, and Excel
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
\n
• OSHA 30 a plus
