Description: Data Collection: 8/12/2026. Number of beds: 214. Number of staff: 34. Day shift includes 3 supervisors, 2 generalists, and periodically 1 processor. Evening shift includes 1 supervisor, 2 generalists, and periodically 1 processor. Night shift includes 1 supervisor and 1 generalist. Patient ratios vary based on unit size and staff availability. Type of equipment includes Sysmex, Siemens, Iris, Vision, Genexpert, Sofia, Abbot, Werfen. Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system is utilized. Typical procedures performed will meet generalist standards. Best personality fit is someone adaptive to change and a team player. Candidates with generalist skills are preferred. Alternating weekends may be required.
