Leave Specialist

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Leave Specialist will administer FMLA policies for multiple clients, manage leave requests, and ensure compliance while providing exceptional support to employees. Key responsibilities Assist associates with Leave of Absence requests and guide them through the process Process all LOA paperwork according to established procedures and laws Administer the FMLA policy and provide timely responses to associates and management regarding leave issues Required qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 2-5 years of FMLA claim administration or a related field Current experience in the integrated disability and absence management industry Solid understanding of FMLA and employment regulations Must complete continuing education requirements as outlined by educational services
